What does a factory owner fear most from customer complaints?
Someone asked me:
“What is your biggest fear when it comes to customer complaints?”
My answer is not price‑related.
It is when customers tell us:
“This part won’t fit.”
That means something went wrong somewhere in confirmation, production or inspection.
That’s why we always stress this point:
It is not enough just to finish manufacturing a product.
It has to work and fit for our end‑user.
